Our story began in the late 1980s, when the attorney Flávio Nienow de Meirelles founded Meirelles Advogados Associados Office, which quickly achieved national and legal prominence in important demands in the field of Corporate and Business Law.
The office expanded in 2001 and opened the area of intellectual property, competition law and anti-piracy. That time, we began to meet national and international demands and clientes.
In 2005, Meirelles Advogados Associados partners founded Meirelles Institute for the Protection of Intellectual Property – IMEPPI, aimed to join institutional efforts to combat piracy and unfair competition.
Meirelles Advogados Associados have also joined forces with the distinguished IPC – IP Consultants, specializing in digital law and intelligence, in 2015.
MEIRELLES IPC group was founded from this union, and nowadays there are national offices in São Paulo, Porto Alegre and Florianópolis and international coverage. Our team is highly qualified and our professionals are lawyers, engineers, IT specialists, and technicians who are specialised in virtual monitoring.
